Robin Petrogiannis is the founder and CEO of OurPwr, a women’s safety technology company that built the first full-solution safety app for women — proactive, predictive, and preventative.

Robin’s path to founding OurPwr began at 17, when she experienced workplace harassment. This experience left an indelible mark: she searched for a solution in the market that didn’t exist. Every app was a panic button — reactive, incomplete, and built without the real-world scenarios women actually face. That gap became her mission.

A Montreal-based entrepreneur who holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Robin brings both technical rigour and lived experience to her work. She completed District 3’s competitive Validation Program at Concordia University, was selected for the Movement51 Founder Lab — a national accelerator dedicated to equipping high-potential women entrepreneurs with the strategies and investor access needed to raise capital. Robin won the Gina Cody School Innovation Fund Award. She completed the League of Innovators, Canada’s largest free accelerator for founders under 30.

OurPwr is a full-solution approach — the only safety app built to protect women before, during, and after a dangerous situation, not just when it’s too late.
Robin believes women already have the power. OurPwr just makes sure they can always use it.
