He works hands-on across the full deployment lifecycle, from initial integration and testing through to launch, helping teams navigate the technical and operational challenges of running voice agents at scale. He’s particularly interested in bringing agents into high-stakes environments, and enjoys working closely with customers to solve problems as they come up.
