Christabel Kim is an operator and entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience building and scaling businesses across enterprise technology, management consulting, and venture-backed software.
Most recently, she served on the executive team of Secoda (YC S21, acquired by Atlassian) as Head of Customer, building the company’s post-sales organization from the ground up. Previously, Christabel was a Principal Product Manager at Owl.co, co-led the Canadian Innovation Program at Amazon Web Services (AWS), and was a management consultant at Ernst & Young, where she advised leading financial institutions on digital strategy and the development of new products and business lines across the U.S. and Canada.
Today, Christabel is the Founder of Flora Partners, where she is searching for one exceptional business to acquire, lead, and grow for the long term. She holds a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Advanced Management & Finance from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia. She is a proud first-generation Korean Canadian.
