Laura Miller leads public policy and communications for Uber in Canada. She oversees the company’s engagement with governments, stakeholders, and media, with a focus on labour and the future of work, sustainability and the transition to zero-emissions, and social impact partnerships.
Before joining Uber, Laura led marketing and communications at Elevate, where she worked to bring together Canada’s innovation ecosystem to tackle major societal challenges. She also held senior communications roles in the property technology sector in British Columbia.
Laura began her career in politics and government, where she supported two Premiers and a Prime Minister. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western University.
