Claudia Harvey is an award-winning entrepreneur, executive leader, international keynote speaker, bestselling author, and philanthropist with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations and individuals navigate growth, innovation, and transformation. Her career spans corporate leadership, startup development, product innovation, technology commercialization, and business scaling across multiple industries.
After holding senior executive leadership positions at organizations including Citibank and Liberty Health Management, Claudia launched Dig It Apparel® Inc., where she developed an innovative industrial-design product. Her entrepreneurial journey gained national recognition when she secured a deal and partnership with Kevin O’Leary on CBC’s Dragons’ Den. Following the successful sale of the company in 2016, she became CEO of SPOTMYUV®, leading the growth of the award-winning technology brand across North America until 2023.
Today, Claudia is the Founder and CEO of On The Verge Transformation Consulting Inc., where she works with entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, and organizations to accelerate growth, improve performance, embrace innovation, and successfully navigate change. Through strategic consulting, leadership development programs, executive coaching, retreats, and entrepreneurial programs, she helps individuals transform ideas into successful businesses and supports founders in building scalable, sustainable companies. Drawing from her own experience of launching, scaling, and exiting businesses, Claudia empowers leaders to navigate uncertainty, capitalize on opportunities, and create lasting impact.

She is a contributing author to America’s Leading Ladies, alongside influential women including Oprah Winfrey and Melinda Gates, sharing insights on resilience, leadership, and creating meaningful impact. Passionate about creating lasting impact, Claudia founded the Beyond Growth Scholarship Fund in partnership with Sonas World, providing university education opportunities for underserved youth in Cambodia. Through this sustainable scholarship model, students are given the opportunity to pursue higher education and create brighter futures for themselves and their communities.
