She brings over twelve years of global venture investing experience across North America, Europe, and Asia, with a track record spanning early-stage investing, portfolio growth, and successful exits.

At Antler, Shambhavi also works across portfolio strategy, institutional partnerships, and the firm’s broader investor ecosystem. Before venture capital, she worked with McKinsey & Company and IBM on growth strategy and market expansion. An active voice in the technology and venture ecosystem, Shambhavi is a frequent speaker, mentor, and judge and was recognized among BetaKit’s Top 25 Women in Tech in Canada.
