Becca Mintz is the Managing Vice President and Head of Customer Credit and Data at Capital One Canada. In this role, she leads the company’s mission to change banking for good, overseeing the data, models and underwriting that help Canadians succeed with credit. Having joined the company as an analyst over 15 years ago, Becca brings a unique combination of intellectual rigor and an inclusive people-first approach to leadership. Prior to her current role, Becca has held a number of key roles within the organization, including leading Customer Acquisitions, Credit Line Increases, and Partnerships Valuations.
Becca was named one of Canada’s Top 50 Women Leaders of 2025 by the Women We Admire organization as well as one of the Top 100 Most Powerful Women through the Women’s Executive Network in 2017. She is also a past member of the Canadian Bankers Association Personal & Commercial Banking Committee and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce’s Council for Women’s Advocacy. Becca’s extensive community involvement includes volunteer roles with Big Sisters of Toronto and the Parents Advisory Council for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto.
