Meeting Exchanges & Roundtables
Each year for Elevate Festival we have 600+ opportunities for startup founders to meet with investors!
As a Startup* passholder, you’ll be able to pre-book Meeting Exchanges (1:1 investor meetings) and interactive Roundtables led by investors and serial entrepreneurs.
Meeting Exchanges
Elevate’s popular Meeting Exchanges are specifically designed for capital-ready early and growth-stage startup executives to get advice and build relationships with leading North American investors.
Founder Roundtables
Elevate’s interactive roundtables provide startup founders with valuable access to top investors and serial entrepreneurs in an intimate setting, enabling personalized feedback, candid advice, and meaningful networking. These topic-forward, 45-minute sessions cover a range of discussion points including strategies on early-stage fundraising, refining your pitch deck, alternative funding sources, building an MVP, exiting, expansion, maintaining your mental health, deal structure etc

Here’s how it works
In early September you’ll receive instructions on how to pre-book Meeting Exchanges and Roundtables on our booking platform.
For the Meeting Exchanges, please review each investor’s stated investment preferences carefully to ensure alignment before securing a meeting. To make the most of your meeting, you have the option of uploading a pitch deck which will be shared with the investor a few days prior. Meetings are structured as 8-minute time slots, with a two-minute transition time between each meeting.
*Elevate defines a Startup as a business that uses technology to create a scalable product or solution. Consultancies, service providers, government entities, and contract R&D firms are NOT Startups.
