Owning My Job

Claudette Hutchinson builds AI systems and helps non-technical people build their own that they can run, own, and defend. In this hands-on lab, you will not watch a demo; you will leave having built something real in under an hour.

She is the creator of AiRMS, a lifecycle framework for governing AI as a managed workforce rather than a novelty, and an ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer who advises leaders in regulated and risk-averse industries. Her proprietary systems run on a self-hosted stack of Canadian and open-source infrastructure, proof that AI adoption and data sovereignty are not a tradeoff.

Over the past six months, Claudette has led these labs globally, working with 100+ founders, 130 industry professionals, and 200+ students across programs including AI Venture, Techstars, WinTech, TDSB, and BDC. The standard never changes: build fast, keep it governed, keep it human. Every system she teaches ties back to one principle: systems first, humanity intact.

Crash Course: The AI Knowledge Stack for Building Your Second Brain

This Crash Course is designed for: Startup founders and operators

AI slop is a context problem, not a model problem. When tools donโ€™t know you, your clients, or your interests, you get generic responses. The fix? Come build a “second brain” with Claude Code that keeps your agents and AI tools up to date using outcome-oriented architecture. Create a structured repository you control with no engineering background required.

What to bring: Device of choice with Obsidian installed, an active Claude subscription (the $20 plan is sufficient), and a GitHub account set up before the session.
