She is the creator of AiRMS, a lifecycle framework for governing AI as a managed workforce rather than a novelty, and an ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer who advises leaders in regulated and risk-averse industries. Her proprietary systems run on a self-hosted stack of Canadian and open-source infrastructure, proof that AI adoption and data sovereignty are not a tradeoff.
Over the past six months, Claudette has led these labs globally, working with 100+ founders, 130 industry professionals, and 200+ students across programs including AI Venture, Techstars, WinTech, TDSB, and BDC.
