Eliot Pence is the founder and CEO of Dominion Dynamics, a defence company building sovereign capability in aerospace, autonomy, and command-and-control. From 2018–2022, he led global growth at Anduril Industries, joining as one of its first business development hires and building the company’s international go-to-market across three continents. He previously served as Chief Business Officer at Osmo and Cambium Biomaterials. Eliot serves on the board of Xanadu and is a member of the Advisory Council for Canada-U.S. Economic Relations. He is from Victoria, B.C.
