Giuseppe Galimberti is a visionary and dedicated entrepreneur, driven by a strong inclination to transform ideas into tangible, high-impact projects.

After more than twenty years in the financial industry, where he held senior positions at leading international investment banks, he made a decisive shift toward entrepreneurship, focusing on supporting innovative ventures and ambitious teams. He currently owns and manages two holding companies, actively investing across a broad range of sectors, from deep technology to hospitality, as well as art and design.

Giuseppe has a strong personal commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, which consistently informs his business activities. He is also passionate about sports, photography, and international travel.

Born in Novara, Italy, Giuseppe spent most of his early years in Milan, where he graduated in Engineering. He began his career at JPMorgan Chase, later working in New York, Tokyo, and London for major institutions including Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, and UBS. He eventually returned to Italy, where he served as Deputy General Manager at Banca IMI.
In 2007, he left investment banking to found one of Italy’s first distressed hedge funds, Negentropy Capital, focused on non-performing loans, which continues to operate across London, Luxembourg, and Milan.

In parallel, together with his business partner Eros Cecconi, he developed a highly successful renewable energy business, which became one of the largest privately owned solar energy producers in Italy. The capital generated was subsequently reinvested into a diversified group of companies, forming the foundation of his current industrial ecosystem.

Today, Giuseppe’s holdings include a shipyard (Franchini Yachts), a supply chain finance platform (Plus Advance), a deep-tech company (Nano-Tech S.p.A.), and a growing portfolio of hotels and resorts in Italy.
