Jamelia Allen, MA, is a program and founder development leader specializing in entrepreneurship, workforce development, and innovation ecosystems. She manages global entrepreneurship programs, designing and delivering initiatives that support founders and strengthen innovation ecosystems across regions, including Sri Lanka, Caledon and the Cayman Islands. At the DMZ, she has led three entrepreneurship streams, supporting more than 2,000 founders through strategic programming, founder education, and 1:1 mentorship. In 2025, she led the DMZ Women Innovation Summit, resulting in over $500,000 invested in women-led businesses across Canada. Her work helps entrepreneurs scale through ecosystem building, expert mentorship, and global partnerships.
