Partner at Real Ventures and General Manager of FounderFuel, she brings over 25 years of multilingual executive experience in venture capital, AI, gaming, consumer packaged goods, telecoms, and nonprofits. ICD.D certified, she sits on the boards of Loto-Québec, Quantum Venture Studio, and Réseau Capital, as well as several startup boards. Since 2013, she has led TEDxMontréal to showcase local ideas on the global stage.
Her goal: help founders deepen their self-awareness, build their antifragility, and cultivate a #givegenerously mindset. She also spent 3 years at Element AI, contributing to its global expansion through to its acquisition by ServiceNow (NYSE:NOW).
Katy is also a guest lecturer, passionate volunteer, and triathlete.
