Michael Buhr is a 30-year Silicon Valley operator and cross-border advisor who has founded, scaled, and led venture-backed technology companies as a CEO, senior operator, and board member. He has evaluated thousands of companies and worked hands-on with hundreds of founding teams, building sharp pattern recognition around founder behavior, market timing, capital strategy, and execution discipline. He partners with founders and leadership teams scaling into the U.S., turning hard-won Silicon Valley operating patterns into decisive action across product, go-to-market, fundraising, and enterprise execution.

Michael is Executive Director and Board Member of C100, the Silicon Valley network of Canadian tech founders and investors dedicated to helping Canadian companies build globally competitive businesses. Under his leadership, C100 supports hundreds of high-growth companies through curated programming, cross-border connections, and access to experienced operators and capital.

He is also Founder and CEO of Bridge Strategy, where he works with founders, boards, and growth-stage leadership teams on scaling strategy, U.S. market entry, capital positioning, and AI-era operating models. Through Bridge Strategy, he advises companies navigating inflection points from $5M to $50M to $100M ARR and beyond, helping them build scalable businesses that compete globally while staying anchored in Canada.
