Rosemary King is a product management consultant, trainer, and author with 20+ years of experience building and scaling product teams across consumer, enterprise, B2B SaaS, and ad tech. She has held senior product leadership roles at Spotify, Mind the Product, Pivotal Labs, ThoughtWorks, illumin, Float, and Dext, and now runs King Catalyst, Inc., focused on IC product work, team assessment and coaching, and product hiring advisory.
Rosemary built Mind the Product’s training business into a $5M+ global operation and has coached hundreds of product practitioners across discovery, agile, and leadership development.
She is currently writing The Product Leader’s Start-Up Handbook, drawing on 20+ interviews with seasoned product leaders about the real challenges of joining early-stage companies.
She serves as Events Chair at the Toronto Product Management Association and is a frequent speaker on product leadership, team dynamics, and the evolving product-engineering relationship in an AI-driven world.
